Giovanni Macchia

Dopo la laurea in Astronomia all'Università di Bologna, ha conseguito il dottorato in Scienze Umanistiche all'Università di Urbino. È stato Visiting Research Scholar presso il Department of History and Philosophy of Science (University of Pittsburgh), il Department of Philosophy (Rutgers University), e il Department of Philosophy (University of Western Ontario). Le sue aree di ricerca ruotano attorno alla filosofia della scienza, in particolare filosofia della fisica (Relatività Generale e ontologia dello spaziotempo in specie) e filosofia e storia della cosmologia moderna.
